What do we DO inside the room at our 7-Figure Mastermind Group?
That’s the question on everyone’s mind as they watch behind the scenes on my IG stories as myself and +30 7-Figure/year Industry Leaders gather in Miami, Florida for 3 days.
The answer: a lot.
And I’m recapping some of it here in this newsletter.
But... unfortunately... I can’t recap what they would probably ALL agree is their favorite and most valuable aspect: The Connections.

What an incredible group. Watching them become friends, laugh, share stories and be vulnerable over fancy dinners and group excursions has been such a joy for me.
It’s probably the most valuable and meaningful aspect of the entire year-long experience...

Alex Paulos and Your MASKS
Once again our resident Psychology & Personality Expert, Alex Paulos, dropped endless wisdom with his distinctions and exercises revealing the most common masks or Personas that we as entrepreneurs tend to wear...
AND how underneath those masks we reveal the most powerful frequency for magnetizing your audience: AUTHENTICITY.
We explored the underlying behaviors, beliefs, and emotional patterns that maintain these masks, showing how adopting roles such as a fake extrovert, a perfectionist, or a people-pleaser erodes true authenticity.
These personas alienate clients craving real connections and hurt our businesses, costing us revenue and missed opportunities.
When we shed these facades to reveal our most compelling and relatable selves, it makes us more engaging, relatable, and magnetic.

Mary Kate and The Latest YouTube Strategies
Mary is a long time friend and has been CRUSHING it over on YouTube.
She shared her best practices and strategies for building a THRIVING business by posting just one video per week every week. She shared her posting schedule, batching strategies, thumbnail tricks and lead-gen funnels. Mind-Blowing!

Mel Abraham and the State of the Economy
I know a lot of people are feeding into the fear that the media loooves to create around the current state of the economy, but nothing brings more peace of mind to ALL of us than having a Finance and Wealth MASTER like two-time USA Today bestselling author, Mel Abraham, in the room to share what’s going on.
And the TL;DR: things are moving in the right direction and lots more opportunity for smart business owners is ahead!
Here’s what he laid out for us:
👉 Inflation is sitting at 3.1% - higher than the Fed wants, but stabilizing.
👉 Unemployment is still low, and the recent labor report was one of the strongest since April.
👉 Mortgage rates are hanging in the 6.5%-6.75% range.
👉 And the markets? Up. Nasdaq’s up 9%, the S&P 500 is up 6.5%, and the Dow’s up 5% - despite a rocky first quarter.
But the real takeaway wasn’t just the numbers - it was the reminder that fear makes us freeze, and freezing costs us more than we think.
Mel talked about how people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for “the other shoe to drop”… but statistically, the market drops 14% every year on average and still finishes positive 8 out of 10 years. And most of the best market days happen during those “worst” periods.

So what did he recommend?

Stop listening to the drama. Start listening to the data.

Build your peace-of-mind fund. Most people aim for 3–6 months of expenses in cash - but if you want true peace of mind (especially as a business owner), Mel recommends aiming for 9–18 months, depending on your age, stage, and how much risk you carry. This is about buying stability, not just surviving an emergency.

Invest consistently. Even $1 a day matters. Don’t try to time the market - just get in and stay in.

Clean up high-interest debt. Especially credit cards - they weren’t built to help you, they were built to make you spend more without realizing it.

Have a real plan. One that connects your dreams to your numbers - and gets tested against “what if” scenarios.

Measure your Wealth Wellness. Mel shared his Wealth Wellness Matrix™ - a way to check not just how much you’re making or saving, but how aligned your money is with your life.
What I loved most was this line:
“The biggest risk right now isn’t inflation or politics - it’s hesitation.”
Mel reminded us that this moment is a lot like 2008–2012: scary, uncertain, and full of opportunity for the people willing to move forward. He knows, because that’s exactly when he made some of his biggest wealth moves.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, scared, or unsure what to do next… let this be your nudge. Keep going. Keep growing. And make sure you’re building your money and your peace of mind.
Anniken Binz & Exercises for Letting Go
Anniken gave us a wonderful meditative exercise that was centered around how all of our thoughts, feelings and behavior is determined by old limiting beliefs that were created when we were kids in order to protect us.
We cannot force change by willpower and thought alone. In order to get real change and reach our goals we need to get to the root cause - the first time our minds decided that it was a good idea to play small, be a people pleaser, be perfect or pretend that everything is great - and remove this.
We went through a process working with our timelines, taking us back to the root cause, enabling the unconscious mind to see what is really true, and when the mind learns the truth it will let go of old limiting beliefs and clear it forever.
Panels, Processes & Hot Seats
In real time we formed a panel of members who are currently crushing High-Ticket Sales in their business without big launches OR one-off Sales Calls.
It was 60 minutes of GOLD.
I’ll share my favorite take-aways in two thoughts: Applications and Personal Outreach.
Simple. Elegant. Profitable.
We also had several interactive and impactful moments throughout the event:

Hot Seats: Members brought real-time business challenges and opportunities to the group, receiving powerful feedback, ideas, and solutions from fellow masterminders.

Jenni’s Closed-Eye Processes: Jenni guided the group through a grounding meditation that helped everyone reconnect with their vision and intentions.

Membership Panel: A group of five mastermind members had the chance to contribute what’s working inside their memberships, creating a collaborative space of inspiration and best practices.
We also had a Bonus Leadership Day, where our mastermind members brought members of their leadership team and we dove deep into team-building and scaling strategies and tools to support a safe team environment for a culture of feedback.
This session was all about stepping fully into leadership, building strong teams, and creating a foundation that can support long-term, sustainable growth.
It was a powerful and productive experience full of growth, clarity, and momentum.
But In Conclusion...
Taking time to regroup and recoup is INVALUABLE for entrepreneurs. We need to Rest. Recalibrate. And Recharge.
THAT’S what these events are for our members. It’s an essential container for their continued growth.
So, this was a tiny snippet of what we “did”... that does not cover the dinners, experiences, convos and fun we had in Miami... which is always the best part!

My invitation to you: if you’re serious about your business... MAKE SURE you are in some sort of support container with like-minded individuals.
DO NOT DO THIS ALONE... you do not know what you don’t know.
...and we often don’t know what we need in order to succeed.
