Rest.
Haha! That's your first answer! Rest.
As we just wrapped up our MEGA HUGE Training: The Business Breakthrough Experience about a week ago, my first order of business was to REST.
It's a LOT to go live every day, teach, share, coach, and create content. Even with a great team to support you... the energy can be intense.
So, I take this time to rest and recharge. This is important to share, because there is a natural rhythm you need to find yourself in while running a business full time. A yin and a yang. An ebb and flow. People who always go, go, go... burn out.
Now... my version of rest is probably pretty different than yours. But there is something about me tinkering in my workshop or just jamming out on the guitar that does the trick for me.
Fun Fact: I finally finished my RX-24 Star Tours Droid for my Movie Theater.

This was over 100 individually 3D-printed parts I had to sand, paint and attach. I started this project about 3 months ago.
But it's not just REST... it's REFLECT.
Every promotion (and the numbers that come with it) can teach so you soooo much. That's why I tell our Business By Design students:
"The magic is in the debrief!"

Taking some time to sift through the data is everything.
Here are some of the most common numbers we look at:
Earnings Per Lead (EPL) - tells you overall messaging and offer performance.
Conversion Rate (Leads to Customers) - also tells you overall messaging and offer performance.
Sales Per Day (and percentages) - shares buying behavior trends around bonuses, content, and payment plans.
Attendance Rates vs Replay Rates - checks for correlation to who attended vs who purchased.
We ALSO feed in all the comments, replies, chat bot entries and email responses into Claude to assimiliate data and spot trends, objections and other buying themes.
ALL of this data is GOLD.
This is how we GROW. LEARN from the last game you played. Do your damn debrief ASAP... and identify what you will do differently NOW... not later. While it's fresh!
Honestly, it's kind of the secret to "success." This is 10 years of DOING something... learning from it... and then applying those learnings. I started out pretty bad. And I got better. But you don't get better on the sidelines. NO... it's OUT in the ARENA. Playing the game. Willing to mess up and look stupid.
