I just got back from one of our Live Events: Next Level LIVE.
And I saw a pattern that made me smile...
You see, this is the room where the committed and big-hearted Online Experts come together and show up ready to play bigger.
These are the folks who’ve nailed their niche.
They’ve done their BETA Launch.
They’re no longer wondering if they’re “cut out for this” — they know they’re sitting on something special.
And now?
They’ve got BIG desires.
To help more people. To go bigger.
AND get paid to do it!

So, what did I notice in that room?
I saw MORE and BIGGER Q1 results from our clients than EVER BEFORE in the history of running this program... and I've been running it since 2017!
We’re talking next-level wins:
đź’Ą Multiple clients hitting their first $100k quarter.
đź’Ą Others DOUBLING their Q1 revenue from last year.
đź’Ą Others who had $100k launches... $200k launches!
It was incredible to witness!
And this is all happening in a time filled with fear, doubt, and “what ifs'.”
But while the World’s busy freaking out…
LEADERS are THRIVING!
So naturally, I started looking for the “patterns” or common themes amongst all those stand-out clients that are growing rapidly.
What are these clients doing differently? What do they all have in common?
Here’s what I found:
✔️ Consistency. They are finding momentum in doing the same offer and launch over and over.
✔️ Simplicity. Their ability to stay consistent is rooted in how simple and repeatable their strategy is.
✔️ They Know Their Numbers. They are tracking data and using that to make informed decisions.
✔️ They Are Improving Their Skills. Every launch/promo is a chance to improve their messaging, sales and communication skills. And they are DEDICATED to mastery of these essential skills.
✔️ They Are Scaling. They aren’t fishing in the same ole pond over and over. They are scaling – running ads, creating more content, getting in front of more people. They are taking the Sales Machine we helped them build... and they are putting more people in it!
But there’s another PATTERN that emerged. And it MUST be discussed.
And frankly, I feel like NO ONE is talking about this. And it’s become the ELEPHANT in the room.
It’s not another launch strategy.
It’s not a secret funnel tweak.
It’s not an Instagram hack.
No “copy” or “messaging” will EVER FIX THIS.
And if you aren’t focusing on this... you will fail.
And fail for good. Like “bye-bye.”
Game over…
And this ain’t hyperbole.
We’re going to call it:
The Frequency of Your Personal Brand
Digital CEO Philosophy:
Your Brand Has a Frequency (Whether You Know It Or Not) 📡
Here’s what you need to get about this:
Anything you have on the Internet...
Videos, posts, articles, podcast episodes, whatever…
Is all being experienced through a particular lens.

You OCCUR to people a particular way.
Let me say that again...
However you EXIST on the Internet...
…is how you OCCUR to people.
So here’s the million-dollar question:
How do you OCCUR to others?
What is THEIR perception of you?
What is their OPINION of you?
Now. Pause.
We love to get together and say, “who cares what others think of you... be you!”
And it sounds wonderful and empowering. And in your personal life, you should absolutely adopt that philosophy! It’s incredibly freeing!
BUT when it comes to business?
It ain’t strategic WHATSOEVER.
And if you aren’t INTENTIONAL with your Personal Brand... it’s gonna be SLOPPY, disjointed, and will actually repel your BEST people.
In fact, this is becoming INCREASINGLY more relevant, because most “Thought Leaders” I see today are sacrificing their BRAND IMAGE for attention, likes and views.
Getting views is actually really easy… if you’re willing to throw your self-respect out the window.
I could post something controversial, clickbait-y, or straight-up inappropriate or provocative tomorrow… and boom. Instant engagement.
But I won’t.
And neither should you.
Instead, let’s lay the foundation.
Let’s talk about how to show up with clarity, consistency, and confidence. So you OCCUR online the way you want to.

Would YOU Buy From You? 🤔
As I walk you through this, just know — it’ll only truly land if you’re willing to step outside of yourself…
And see YOU the way a complete stranger would.
đź‘€ How are others perceiving you?
đź‘€ How do you occur to them?
đź‘€ And the real gut-check: Would YOU buy from YOU?
Priority One: The Frequency of Authority
This is the energy of someone who people trust.
Someone who knows their stuff.
Who carries experience. Wisdom. Certainty.
If you notice... someone with the Authority Frequency occurs to people VERY DIFFERENTLY than someone who doesn't. From what they talk about to HOW they talk, the difference is real.
Can you think of someone right now that embodies that Authority Energy?
...and someone who doesn't?

Priority Two: The Frequency of Intent
Why are you even doing this?
For attention?
A quick buck?
Or to help people? You're doing it because you actually fucking care, right?!
When you operate with an intention and frequency of PURPOSE... SERVICE... and a BIG HEART... your Personal Brand will be a MAGNET.
An unstoppable magnet.
We ALL can tell where someone's heart is and what their true intent is, when you tune in and pay attention. So, you can't fool anyone.
This... for some reading this, may take some real Soul-Searching. "Why am I doing this?"
Priority Three: The Frequency of the Role Model
Let’s be honest – anyone can Google something.
Anyone can regurgitate what they read in a book.
Congrats. 👏
But your people today aren’t looking for answers or more info...
They're looking for GUIDANCE.
And a real GUIDE has embodied, integrated and mastered certain qualities that make them admirable.
I’m talking Emotional Maturity.
Healing.
Impeccability.
Integrity.
Discipline.
Mastery.
...you get the idea.
I mean... tell me I’m wrong.
Have you ever stumbled upon a Thought Leader or Coach and then thought, “this person doesn’t really have their life together” and you moved on?
Cuz I have.
Note: I’m not talking about being “PERFECT.” No one is “PERFECT.”
But someone who uses Social Media as their Therapist, complains or cries constantly for attention, changes niches every 3 weeks, and always has some dramatic story about their life…
…is PROBABLY not someone who is going to acquire a massive following of people eager to learn at their footsteps.
In fact, Jordan Peterson is someone who is currently losing a ton of followers right now, because his fans are claiming he isn't living by The 12 Rules of Living he preaches about in his book. Agree or disagree, love him or hate him... the point is, people are looking for those who don't just know a lot, but LIVE IT.
Now, from these 3 Foundational Layers (Authority, Intent, Maturity/Role Model), you can architect an intentional Personal Brand.
Start by asking yourself:
🤔 Who am I for other people?
🤔 How do I want to be perceived?
🤔 How do I want people to FEEL when they encounter me online?
🤔 What frequency do I offer them?
Because YES — you can totally be the “Drill Sergeant.”
Or the “Cheerleader/Community Leader.”
Or the “Wizard Alchemist.”
Or the “Scientist.”
That is where YOUR uniqueness needs to come through in your brand...
BUT it must stand on that solid foundation of Authority, Intent and Maturity.
So... with all that being said...
Can you see where someone could have “the perfect funnel,” say all the right things, and even post consistently, and STILL not magnetize an audience to them?
If that’s the case... we have a BRANDING PROBLEM.
...and that’s the last place most struggling Course Creators look, isn’t it?
So I hope this helps. I hope you will take a moment to look at YOU... and YOU through the eyes of a complete stranger (in your marketplace).
Because that’s where the shift begins.

Let’s get a little more tactical, shall we?
Here are some specific, high-leverage moves to help you craft a World-Class Personal Brand that not only looks good — but feels right to your audience so they are automatically drawn in to you.
And by the way, I must add:
Investing in YOUR BRAND is the GREATEST ASSET you will ever acquire in your life.
It’s your relationship equity – the invisible trust, respect, and connection you carry with others.
And that...
It’s invaluable.
So, here are cool things you can do to make sure YOU have a World Class Brand:
🔹 Create Your Own Vocabulary & Lingo: Having your own unique phrases, terms and lingo CREATES a GREAT culture. People love repeating things that feel like an inside language.
🔹 Create Values or Beliefs: What do you stand for? What do you believe in? Your brand should reflect a philosophy - a set of guiding principles your audience can rally around.
🔹 Strong Visual Brand: Invest in the proper visual brand that uses colors, fonts and images to CONVEY the same message and emotions you are attempting to convey everywhere else.
🔹 Celebrate Your Students: Pointing the spotlight on your people makes this a community. And acknowledging wins encourages others to do the same.
🔹 Bring in Tangibility: We have merch. Mugs, sweatshirts, pins, jackets, physical books, etc. There is something magical about getting your message and brand into the hands of others.
🔹 Create Unique Experiences: Whether it’s meet-ups, events, challenges or virtual hang-outs... any type of EXPERIENCE you bring to your people will help foster a stronger brand and help you become their go-to leader.
🔹 Ambassadors, Coaches and Community Leaders: Empowering members of your community to step up and play a bigger role to help new and incoming members is fantastic. It isn’t just about you... it’s about the group.
The bottom line? Build a brand that’s not just seen, but felt... and watch what happens next.
