โ Inspired Content is the one piece of messaging that outperforms everything else and it only comes when you have space, stillness, and arenโt buried in lowโvalue tasks.
โ Delegate more, simplify your workload, and create intentional white space so those breakthrough ideas can actually reach you.
โ One truly inspired email can outperform four mediocre ones.

Whenever I debrief a launch or promotion (NOTE: you should ALWAYS DEBRIEF every single campaign you run!...Business By Design members: you know where the Debrief process is!) I get so much data and insight into what worked... and what didn't.
And in just about every single campaign, there is an outlier. The email, post or video that just... CRUSHED.
THIS is what we call: the "Inspired Content" ...or I.C. for short.
And you NEED to have THIS. In fact, what I am sharing is SIMPLE, but CRUCIAL... ESSENTIAL... it's EVERYTHING.
You see, just last week, we ran a campaign, and at 9pm at night, I had this lightbulb idea to write on a new angle... I rushed to the laptop and the fingers just started moving!
I send it to my Project Manager on the promotion and she was blown away! "WHOA! James this was so good!"
...but that's just her opinion. The data is what matters, and the data does not lie. IT had the highest open and click through rate AND... we sold out in MINUTES!
This is the power of the Inspired Content. And it will never reach you when you are busy, grinding away doing the low-value activities HOURS before you are supposed to "launch" or go live.
You see, for years now I've YELLED from the Digital Rooftops that you must outsource and delegate AS MUCH as possible. All of the tech, the low-value, time-sucking, energy draining activites HAVE TO GO.
Why?
Because the highest value use of your time is to play with the Inspired Content. The message that hits people on a deep level... that cuts through the noise (the AI Slop noise), that rings TRUTH and opens your people's eyes to what is really possible for them.
That comes THROUGH YOU. Not through ChatGPT! THROUGH. YOU. And that can't come THROUGH YOU until you are in a place to RECEIVE.
How do you receive it?
Simple (not easy, but simple). You must be in the Silence. The Stillness. The Presence and Power of the MOMENT.
This requires you to be doing LESS. Not staying busy. To be actively present and aware, and on the look out for the next STROKE of genius, the next insight, but in the NOT DOING of life. That is an ART. It takes practice, but you can't ever practice it if you're always, doing, doing, doing!
It's the Art of Not-Doing.
Even THIS newsletter, what I'm sharing right now, is that INSPIRED CONTENT. I noticed I've been creating a LOT of this type of content right now... and then I saw that about myself, and thought, "man, people really need to know this." INSPIRED!
So, the goal is simple: Create more white space... more silence... more stilness (not just still of the body, but stillness of the mind) to allow more to come through.
Here's how you create a 3D Enviornment that supports that:
(Note: this will be a quick breakdown at a high-level, if I go into too much detail, this will be the longest newsletter ever)
- Follow My 5-Step Promotion Planning Framework (Dream it, Map it, Book it, Chunk it, Do it)
- Delegate and outsource AS MUCH AS possible
- Give yourself MORE time for campaigns... because things always take longer than you think.
- Focus on the MVP - while the "drift" pushes people into "MORE" and "COMPLEXITY," focus on less... and SIMPLICITY. With less to do, there's more space to do the REAL WORK.
- STOP operating from FEAR (you know I talk about that one a lot)
- Connect with Your Audience more - use the power of your INTENT to connect energetically with your audience and tune in to what they are struggling with
- Schedule time to do NOTHING. And then.. do NOTHING.
- Don't FORCE anything. You must also practice a state of Non-Attachment.
- Trust yourself and what you're here to offer others.
...oh man, that's already a lot, isn't it? But it's a lot in the LESS... not more. Nine things to DO to NOT do. And if you're not doing those nine things, you're probably doing a LOT, huh?
This is the Art of Not-Doing... to do.
So, try it. Because one EXTRAORDINARY email will replace the time and performance of four sh*tty ones.
