Cool Things I'm Doing (Week of April 27th)
This is our client-only newsletter, and I want to share with you in as real time as possible some cool things that I'm working on that you might find interesting as well.
As we dive into our launch runway, it's been a few weeks of building and prepping in the background, but now things are becoming forward-facing. We have some cool features and data to share.
Let's get into it...
#1. Samcart: Slideout Checkout and Applied Coupon
We are running a paid challenge that is $97 discounted down to $21. The sales page is: www.jameswedmore.com/100leads
When you click the call to action button, you'll notice SamCart has a slide-out checkout, and the coupon is already applied. Less than 48 hours in, and the numbers are great. The page is converting at over 8%.
And 22% of people clicking on the checkout slide-out are converting.
#2. Built some cool software with Claude Code.
Coming to a BBD portal near you, we are adding an entire checklist progress tracker to the main dashboard of BBD. I was able to build this out in less than 20 minutes inside of Claude Code. Pretty cool to start thinking of unique ways we can build software to give a better experience to our students and clients.

#3. Added our Brand Style Guide to Claude CoWork
Thanks to the one and only brilliant and amazing Chris Beltran, we have an incredible BrandStyle Guide for Business by Design. I was able to add that very easily to Claude. And then quickly create images that are good enough and pass the test for matching our brand.
The way we did this was to use the web app for Claude and then connect Claude to Canva. This allows you to upload a brand system.
Below is the first example of a carousel cover that it spit out in a minute or two.

Those are just a few things on the top of my head that I wanted to share with you. Expect more to come!
#4. Used Claude to find all my mistakes.
When you add the Claude for Chrome extension, you can have it crawl a sales page or your funnel and check for any broken links, bad grammar, typos, or any inconsistencies. It was amazing the stuff it found.
