[30Daysto30K] Day 14 - The BACKEND
Although it's been years since I've deployed this strategy, I absolutely love it. It's simple. Elegant. And very profitable.
There are also may ways to do this, so I'll start big picture, and if you need support on the specifics we can discuss on one of our calls.
It's as simple as getting NEW front end customers on a call, then pitching them a backend offer. That's it.
As soon as they buy your online course/membership, get on a call with them and make a relevant offer.
So... how do you get them on a call?
There are SEVERAL ways... you can INCLUDE a bonus "strategy call" when people sign up... OR you can REACH out to each customer and offer a welcome/onboarding call.
Then...
On the call, you flush out their goals and struggles, and there's an opportunity for a bigger offer to be made. Coaching... a service... you get the idea.
simple.
The sticking point will be GETTING them on a call. We have found just "cold calling" numbers results in less than 5% of people picking up.
So finding someway to connect with your customers first ONLINE to "schedule" a call will help. Even a quick email where you reach out and say hi. And if it's doable, make these emails real and organic. Send from a gmail account and make it personal.
Or... you can make it a "first step" inside your online program to BOOK their BONUS Strategy Call with you.
And then the call...

The point is, the MOMENT you get a front-end sale, your customer is HOT. Very interested and eager. Take advantage of this momentary time... and it can result in 2-3x revenue!
