Today I'll break down one of a series of "1-Click-Upsell" Options you have at your disposal. THIS is one of my favorites: an upsell inviting payment plan buyers to pay off their payment plan. It works. We see conversion rates at over 30% on this.
Now... one could argue this upsell doesn't "make" you any additional money... but it does hedge your risk against future FAILED payments. And as they say... cash is queen, right?
What is a "1-Click Upsell"
Before I break down the concept of this first upsell any further, I figured I should EXPLAIN what a "1-click-upsell" is: this is the page people are directed to IMMEDIATELY after submit their details on the checkout page. This page allows with THE CLICK OF A BUTTON to add an additional offer to their order.
This isn't the same as an order bump. This isn't another checkout page. And you MUST use software that is set up for ONE-CLICK upsells to perform this correctly. Today, most softwares have this functionality.
Breaking down the Pay-Off-Your Payment Plan UPSELL:
