This is the “obvious” and core functionality of Kajabi: the ability to take a customer from the complete checkout process to delivery of product. Having this all housed in one software solution means you don’t have to worry about glitches or breakdowns and different softwares attempt to talk to each other. Kajabi allows for customizable checkout pages and then integrates with Stripe and PayPal for easy payment processing. Upon completion of purchase, Kajabi creates a user account for your customer and grants instant access to their purchase.

From the Course Creator side of Kajabi, you can now manage your members in several ways. You can grant or remove access to products, check their progress, take notes and update billing information. 

The delivery experience of your course or program is also highly customizable from a design and user experience. You can easily design and brand it to your liking with the click of just a few buttons.

Uploading videos, pdfs, audios and other resources has also never been easier! 

There are also features to “drip” and unlock content based on the type of experience you want to deliver to your user.

Kajabi also offers the opportunity to be a complete website builder. Both the JamesWedmore.com and MindYourBusinessPodcast.com websites were built out on kajabi in less than two weeks (each). And the best part, no need to worry about complicated and expensive hosting solutions. Kajabi takes care of that too! The design options are limitless and allow for a blog, podcast, and an unlimited amount of “static pages.” This feature alone saved us over $20,000!

3. Landing Page and Funnel Templates 

Kajabi is also a landing page and funnel builder built in to one. In fact, this page you see here was built IN Kajabi. But what we love most about this feature is the fact that we can create Kajabi Landing Page templates that we can now offer to our students and clients as bonuses! 

4. One-Click Upsells

One-Click Upsells hare VERY profitable, but also complicated and confusing to set up… until now! Kajabi allows for easy set up of additional offers that students can easily add to their order with a click of a button.

5. Course Announcements & Automations

For a better user experience and improved engagement, there are a ton of tools and functions to choose from, such as a built-in forum and comment section under every video. But I personally love using the “announcements” feature to communicate with my students more effectively about course updates or special offers. 

On top of that, the opportunities with the “Automations” feature are endless. You can trigger new events or actions whenever an action is taken. 

Our favorite automations are to unlock new content when a member completes something OR to send check-in emails if they haven’t logged in for a certain amount of time.
 

6. Easy 1-Click Bonus Delivery

If you are smart, you probably offer limited-time-only bonuses and gifts for customers that buy in a certain time period. It’s a great strategy, but it can be a hassle… not with Kajabi. With a single click of a button, you can add and remove content and products to your offers! In other words, when the clock strikes midnight, you can remove that fast action bonus from all future customers with a simple click! We love this feature and use it all the time. 

7. Free Content Delivery

Traditionally, you would expect to house your paid content in Kajabi… but I’ve never seen anyone use it for their free stuff. I do that all the time. And here’s why:

First, I love creating free mini-courses, so it can be hard to deliver that content otherwise. But inside Kajabi, you get the opportunity to give a 5-Star User Experience!

But here’s the other reason: all the features we use and love now become available to our leads and prospects for increased sales and conversions! We can message them with ANNOUNCEMENTS, set up AUTOMATIONS, check their progress, add additional offers to their account, and more! 

8. Coupons!

One of the things I love to do is offer discounts to my existing customers. This is where coupons come in. Kajabi allows you to easily create customizable coupons that can be applied at the point of checkout for your users.

9. Affiliate Management

I know it’s a bit of an advanced feature, but the ability to have an entire affiliate tracking software set up with the same system you use to process payments in invaluable. We have run all of our 7-figure Affiliate Launches through Kajabi for the past 6 years and we love it! And… so do our affiliates!

Their system allows you to create a unique portal for each affiliate where they can get their unique affiliate links and track leads and sales!

Obviously there are more features we use (and plenty we don’t) inside Kajabi, but this was a short list of my FAVORITE and most valuable. But the MOST VALUABLE OF ALL: that they all exist under one roof!
