Self-Parking (Hotel Garage):

• $10 for up to 10 hours
• $20 for over 10 hours or overnight

Valet Parking: $25 per day

Here’s how it works: Throughout the event, our coaches will be hanging out in the Coaches Corner lounge in rotating groups of 4-5. This means you’ll always have a mix of expert insights and fresh ideas waiting for you!

Pro tip: Every morning, before the doors open, all of our coaches will be in the lounge. It's the perfect time to soak up wisdom, ask your questions, and get inspired for the day ahead.

So, bring your big ideas, your challenges, and your curiosity. The Coaches Corner is here to help you take things to the next level!

Children are not permitted in the event room. The environment includes bright lights, loud music, and energetic sessions that may be unsafe for young children and we want to ensure the  the safety and comfort of all attendees.

Restrooms are located just outside the Solana Ballroom (main ballroom), directly across from Registration. Additional facilities are available throughout the lobby.
